In both languages. Diagnoses, medication and allergies are set out in Chinese and English, and a question list is prepared for each department you plan to visit.
On day one at the hospital. You hand one bilingual file to the doctor, so the hospital can read your case from the first consultation. The hospital and appointment slot are confirmed after payment.
This service can be booked on its own or combined with a check-up or treatment trip. Anything outside the price list is quoted after we have read your file.
Remote Assessment is $99 USD / case. The listed price already includes this service and our coordination service fee — there is no separate line item; we show the total before payment.

No to both. PandaCareVIP is a medical coordination service company registered in China; diagnosis, procedures and prescriptions always rest with the licensed hospital and its physicians, and we provide coordination, interpretation and travel support only. Flights, hotel and visa fees are not included.
