From arrival to every hospital day. Meet at the arrivals gate with a name sign and a private car to the hotel with check-in assisted; on hospital days the same person handles registration, waiting, the cashier, the consultation room, examinations, pharmacy and reports.
Three days, with extra days available. The package covers three days with language help all day and English translation of reports arranged; extra days are $199 per day. The hospital and appointment slot are confirmed after payment.

No to both. PandaCareVIP is a medical coordination service company registered in China; diagnosis, procedures and prescriptions always rest with the licensed hospital and its physicians, and we provide coordination, interpretation and travel support only. Flights, hotel and visa fees are not included.
