A little preparation. More peace of mind.
Practical questions to resolve with your receiving hospital, insurer and travel authorities before you leave.
Entry & travel
Confirm your travel purpose, passport eligibility, planned stay and any hospital invitation requirements with the Chinese embassy or consulate. Book travel after written hospital acceptance. Entry rules can change.
Chinese Visa Application Service CenterInsurance & direct billing
Ask your insurer in writing about planned care in China, screening exclusions, deductibles and pre-authorisation. Direct billing must be confirmed for your exact policy, institution and procedure.
Ask a coordinatorCosts & payments
Your confirmed order separates hospital charges and coordination fees. Payment methods depend on merchant activation, location and currency. We never ask for your full card number through an enquiry form.
Ask a coordinatorRecords & follow-up
Bring your existing reports and medication list via the agreed secure process. Before departure, confirm report delivery, emergency advice, fitness to fly where relevant and follow-up with your local clinician.
Ask a coordinatorAre you a hospital?
PandaCareVIP provides medical travel coordination. All assessments, diagnoses and treatments are provided by the licensed medical institution identified in your written plan. Our operating company is 上海智牛投资管理有限公司.
What does the package price include?
Your order covers the programme inclusions shown on the package page. The total is confirmed at checkout. Travel, accommodation and extra treatment are excluded. Any additional investigations require a separate quote and your agreement.
Do I need every test in a health check?
No. A clinician assesses your age, history and risk factors. Imaging, endoscopy and other additional tests are considered only when appropriate, with benefits, limitations and possible harms explained. Screening cannot rule out every disease.
Can I use my insurance?
Coverage varies by policy, hospital and procedure. Routine overseas screening is often self-funded. Ask your insurer for written confirmation, including any pre-authorisation and direct-billing conditions, before booking.
Which visa should I use?
Entry requirements depend on your nationality, purpose of travel and planned stay. Confirm the appropriate route with the Chinese embassy or consulate and your receiving hospital before booking flights. We cannot guarantee a visa or admission.
What happens after I return home?
Your plan sets out report delivery and any included follow-up coordination. We help obtain an English summary for your local clinician. Urgent symptoms should be assessed by local emergency services without waiting for an overseas reply.
